Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
· Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
· Deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child.
· Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to SLP-CFs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive. This may include travel to various locations for in-person support and team collaboration.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective interventions.
· Lead by example in fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for staff and families.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
· Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
· Current state licensure as an SLP.
· Demonstrated experience in mentorship, supervision, or leadership roles preferred.
· 3+ years of practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
