Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans  
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs  
  • Collaborate with OTs, SLP, and Psychologists to provide well-rounded, interdisciplinary care  
  • Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces  

Skills & Qualifications

What You’ll Need 
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required  
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required
