Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Lead campaign strategy across assigned initiatives, including defining objectives, audiences, key messages, offers, calls to action, timing, and channel mix.
- Develop campaign briefs and high-level plans that outline what marketing activities are needed, when they should happen, and how they support business goals.
- Own messaging strategy and content direction across campaigns, including defining themes, narratives, and communication priorities for blogs, emails, social media, landing pages, videos, outreach materials, and event communications.
- Draft and edit strategic content as needed while guiding content contributors on tone, messaging, and priorities.
- Own the strategic view of the marketing calendar by determining campaign sequencing, launch priorities, promotional timing, and content needs across major initiatives.
- Ensure campaign plans are realistic, aligned to business priorities, and coordinated across channels and service lines.
- Develop audience strategies and localized marketing playbooks to support varied center needs, market characteristics, and business objectives.
- Identify differentiated approaches for locations based on brand positioning, referral dynamics, community profile, reputation trends, and growth opportunity
- Develop outreach strategies for community initiatives, referral-building efforts, recruiting campaigns, partnership activations, and market awareness programs.
- Define target groups, communication approach, messaging priorities, and success measures for outreach-based campaigns.
- Lead the strategic planning for trade shows, career fairs, recruiting campaigns, and local event marketing, including defining objectives, attendee experience, core messaging, promotional approach, and follow-up strategy.
- Ensure each initiative connects to larger brand and growth priorities.
- Own strategic reporting and insight development across campaigns, centers, and reputation channels.
- Analyze campaign results, review trends, audience response, and center-level performance patterns to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and guide future strategy.
- Partner with operations, recruiting, center leaders, and other internal stakeholders to align campaign priorities with operational readiness, community engagement goals, and organizational initiatives.
- Provide clear strategic direction to the Marketing Operations Manager and other contributors to support effective execution.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Minimal travel may be required for this position.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

- Minimum of five years of marketing experience
- Experience leading multi-channel campaign strategy and content planning
- Strong writing, editing, messaging, and communication skills
- Experience developing campaign briefs, audience strategies, and marketing plans

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Healthcare, multi-location, franchise, or service-based marketing experience
- Experience supporting local marketing, recruiting marketing, or reputation marketing
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology platforms
