As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handling all ABA and outpatient referrals via telephone. You will respond to a variety of questions from patients and families, doctors, social workers, and therapists, while building rapport and developing meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate effective and efficient resolutions to patient questions regarding the onboarding experience
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming and outbound telephone calls and emails from patients and referral sources
- Clearly articulate Hopebridge value proposition and help guide potential clients to become patients
- Enter information and log calls accurately and timely
- Monitor all tasks using workflow software and meet the deadlines associated with tasks
Skills & Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong data entry skills such as basic software skills, proficient typing speed and skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Must be a fast-paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, and impact our people, customers, and financials

- Starting rate of $18.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible start and end time
- 19 days of PTO (11 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 1 paid flex holiday)
