Description

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a Paid Media Specialist, you are responsible for managing and executing paid media strategies, including budgets and bids in local and national markets, dynamic campaigns, programmatic digital campaigns in paid search and paid social, geo-targeting, and various other online outlets. Your skill set, desire, and motivation to help drive our mission of helping children and families living with autism through media buying efforts will create awareness for education and service opportunities for pediatric patients, as well as future Hopebridge Heroes. 

Role Overview 

  • Perform ongoing campaign optimizations with the goal of increasing conversions via regular A/B testing and learning and conducts post-campaign analysis 
  • Research new opportunities and evaluate existing media placements on a regular basis 
  • Organize and manage a reporting process with all media platforms to help digest and interpret data that can be used for attribution analysis and predictive modeling for future media placements 
  • Leverage first-party data for better targeting and continue to expand on new opportunities 
  • Embrace research, understand evolving media trends, and express high interest in continued learning and evolution for maximum efficiency 
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management, executive, and board leadership to show ongoing progress to aligned KPIs 
  • Understand the role of the buyer journey to help the end user to reach their desired goal with high confidence and ease

Profile of an Ideal Candidate 

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, technology, or related field required 
  • 3-5 years digital media planning/buying experience across social, search and display platforms (deep familiarity with Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is required) 
  • Possess a solid understanding of all campaign key performance indicators 
  • Possess working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript as it relates to email and web development 
  • Local, SEO/SEM, WordPress experience preferred  
  • Agency experience preferred
