You are comfortable making outbound phone calls, entering data, and working with a team. As a Referral Support Specialist, you are responsible for collecting patient demographics and health insurance information to help our families maintain coverage for services. Your support of our mission to provide one-on-one, personalized therapy for children and families touched by autism will directly impact all aspects of this growing business and its 5,000 employees in twelve states!
