As a Patient Onboarding Supervisor at Hopebridge, yo
u will be responsible for leading a team of three to five Care Coordinators who are responsible for expediting and optimizing client service referrals. Additionally, you will assist with forecasting and projections for the patient onboarding process. 

Role Overview 

  • Drives new patient velocity by maximizing the patient schedule for evaluations and new therapy 
  • Works daily with center managers and regional team to maximize patient onboarding  
  • Provides guidance to the operational team regarding staffing needs
  • Monitors and controls patient onboarding process inputs/output  
  • Monitor KPIs around onboarding efficiencies  
  • Drives onboarding in conjunction with labor utilization and efficiency 
  • Assists in forecasting and providing projections for the following: Annual Operating Plan, staffing needs, process/system improvements   
  • Utilizes constraint management within leadership team 
  • Create and maintain the psychologist calendar for our diagnostic team  
  • Work directly with our interpretation services provider 

What You’ll Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be a fast-paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed 
  • Entrepreneurial with the support and guidance of a corporate structure 
  • Ability to manage both sales and operations-focused team members is a plus 
  • Having the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, and impact our people, customers, and financials 
  • Proven P&L responsibility
  • Previous patient care and benefits coordination experience is a plus

Your Pay and Benefits 

  • Starting salary of $60,000 per year (based on experience) 
  • Monday through Friday schedule 
  • 28 days of PTO (20 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 1 paid flex holiday)
