We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing multimedia content, including graphic design, videography, and animation to support our marketing and communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate must be able to think creatively, have excellent design skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have experience in designing and creating multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print collateral.
This role will report the Brand Manager and will work closely with the content, communications and paid media departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing multimedia content, including graphic design, videography, and animation, for various platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, print collaterals and other digital channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to develop and execute creative strategies for various campaigns
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all multimedia content
- Ensure all multimedia content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are managed effectively
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere
- Knowledge of animation software such as After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, excellent project management skills and a distinct eye for design trends, color, pattern, typography, and conveying best design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
