 What You’ll Do 

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions according to individual needs
  • Participate in staff meetings and conferences indicated to review progress
  • Provide assistance to staff regarding concerns pertaining to occupational therapy and assist staff in maintaining open communication with parents concerning occupational therapy problems
  • Main accurate records of services provided for statistical and billing purposes
  • Maintain current daily notes  
  • Assist with Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development
  • Assist in providing a safe environment for all patients and staff
  • Assist with problem solving to improve efficiency within the center
  • Perform duties at multiple locations, as needed (Phoenix West & Phoenix Central)

 What you DON’T Have to Do 

  • Administrative stuff. You’ll benefit from our Administrative Support teams that take care of authorization specializations, scheduling, patient onboarding, credentialing, and recruiting so you can focus on doing what you do best – providing compassionate care!  
  • Do it all alone. Collaboration and support at every level is crucial to clinical excellence here at Hopebridge. You’ll have support from your Center Manager, Occupational Therapist, our Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist, and our Director of Outpatient Therapies.  

 Requirements 

  • Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensed certified occupational therapist assistant and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state
  • Must possess or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a CPR certification
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Base Compensation Range: $24-$28 an hour (for all worked hours), dependent on experience
  • Attainable, clinician-designed bi-weekly bonus (up to $6,500/yearly)
