The Travel BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will pursue 6-month assignments in any of our 11 states and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and communities along the way. As a Travel BCBA, you will be at the forefront of a revolutionary approach to delivering behavioral health services.

You will bring expert guidance, clinical oversight, and training to local teams, ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in care delivery to the children and families we serve.

What's in it for you as a Travel BCBA 

  • Total Compensation: $90000 - $107500 / year 
  • 6-month assignment commitments with opportunity for extension
  • Base Salary:  $77,000-$94,500, dependent upon experience  
  • Mission Bonus of $2,000/month while on assignment 
  • Additional performance-based bonus up to $13,000/yr  
  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000  
  • Travel assignments in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee (State licensure requirements may apply) 
  • 30 days of paid time off (20 days of paid time off, seven paid holidays, 2 CEU days, and one flex day) 
  • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance, Short, and Long-Term disability insurance  
  • $500 for CEUs, 2 CEU days, and free In-house CEUs

What You'll Doas a Travel BCBA 

  • Complete initial evaluations for incoming patients (under the age of 10) using various assessment measures and provide a clinical recommendation for treatment hours based on patient needs 
  • Maintain a caseload of 10 patients 
  • Develop individualized therapeutic plans of care for children to address patient and family goals 
  • Support a team of 6-8 RBTs and advanced-level ABA graduate students in the Fellowship program via mentorship and training for patients on their caseload 
  • Provide supervision for 5-10% of an RBTs or ABA graduate students’ supervision hours 
  • Collaborate with in-center psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists 
  • Participate in weekly BCBA leadership meetings with your clinic's BCBA team 
  • Conduct bi-weekly team meetings with your "pod" of RBTs and Case Managers 
  • Help us fulfill our mission of providing quality access to care for all. We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Highly compensated and supported travel/accommodations to various therapy centers. Travel assignments will be six-months (minimum) in duration, based on need. 

You must have your BCBA certification for at least one (1) year to be eligible for this role.
