We are the largest autism therapy provider in the United States, providing one-on-one, personalized therapy for children and their families touched by behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges. As a Referral Support Specialist at Hopebridge, you will be responsible for collecting patient demographics and health insurance information to help our families maintain coverage for services.

What You'll Do

• Work with a team to help guide families through our Hopebridge patient onboarding process
• Initiate calls to new referrals in a timely manner 
• Pre-qualifies patient referrals before moving them on to the next onboarding process 
• Performing patient eligibility for new referrals 
• Responsible for data entry for new referrals 
• Contact physician and insurance offices via fax and/or phone as needed 
• Other duties as assigned 

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior authorizations, healthcare, insurance verification, and/or patient services experience preferred
• Prior medical billing experience is a plus
• Excellent active listening, customer service, and organizational skills required
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Your Pay and Benefits

• Starting rate of $18.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday schedule
