Social Media Coordination & Publishing
- Schedule and publish approved social media content across company platforms.
- Coordinate social media calendars, posting schedules, approvals, and creative assets.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, reviews, and engagement opportunities, escalating as appropriate.
- Support social media reporting and maintain organized content libraries.
- Assist with collecting content, photos, videos, and success stories from centers and internal teams.
- Create and edit basic marketing materials using Canva and other approved design tools.
- Adapt existing brand templates for social media graphics, flyers, event signage, presentations, recruiting materials, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- Assist with updates to presentations, sales materials, handouts, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative resources on larger design projects as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, community outreach events, recruiting events, and local marketing activations.
- Manage event registrations, communications, timelines, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate booth materials, signage, giveaways, shipping, and event inventory.
- Support event planning and execution to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Assist with onsite event support if needed.
- Manage ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional items, branded merchandise, marketing collateral, and center materials.
- Coordinate vendor communication, order placement, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain inventory tracking and recommend replenishment as needed.
- Ensure centers receive requested marketing materials accurately and on schedule.
- Support fulfillment requests for recruiting events, community outreach efforts, and internal initiatives.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and production schedules.
- Track campaign deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and status updates.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Assist with organizing marketing requests and prioritizing workflow needs.
- Maintain documentation and project records to support team efficiency.
- Coordinate with printers, promotional vendors and event partners.
- Track vendor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and vendor documentation.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, contracts, and materials.
- Perform quality checks on marketing materials before distribution or deployment.
- Maintain and update website content across designated pages to ensure information remains accurate, current, and aligned with marketing priorities.
- Publish and format blog posts, news articles, employer brand content, events, and other website updates within the content management system (CMS).
- Update event pages, resource libraries, provider directories, location pages, and promotional content as directed.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
- Experience coordinating or publishing social media content.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience supporting community outreach, recruiting initiatives, or event marketing.
- Experience working with social media management platforms.
- Experience managing promotional merchandise and print production projects.
- Healthcare, multi-location, franchise, or service-based marketing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
- This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Minimal travel may be required for this position.
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
