Responsibilities
Essential Functions

- Drives new patient velocity by maximizing the patient schedule for evals and new therapy.
- Works daily with regional teams/center managers to maximize patient onboarding
- Monitors and controls patient onboarding process inputs/output
- Monitor KPIs around onboarding efficiencies such as time to start, schedule integrity and progress towards AOP goal.
- Drives onboarding in conjunction with labor utilization and efficiency.
- Assists in forecasting and providing projections for the following:
- Annual Operating Plan
- Staffing needs
- Process/system improvements
- Utilizes constraint management within leadership team
- BCBA Constraints
- RBT Constraints
- Funnel Constraints
- Building Capacities
- Create and maintain the psychologist calendar for our DX team
- Work directly with our interpretation’s services provider
- Become a working supervisor to assist cross functionally when needed:
- Execute outbound phone calls to patient families to confirm appointment dates and times.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop quick rapport and provide an expert level of customer service and ensure new patient onboarding process is a positive experience
- Effectively demonstrates the ability to utilize workflow to proactively manage a group of potential clients and drive specific touch points within the onboarding process
- Able to facilitate effective and efficient resolutions to patient questions regarding the onboarding experience, including, but not limited to therapy, scheduling, and timelines
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming and outbound telephone calls and emails from patients and referral sources.
- Clearly articulate Hopebridge value proposition and help guide potential clients to become a patient
- Enter information and log calls accurately and timely
- Adhere to policies and procedures of Hopebridge
- Assist in providing a safe environment for all staff
- Assist with problem solving to improve efficiency and morale within the office
- Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and co-worker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints
- Promote Hopebridge philosophies, generating team spirit and creating and maintaining and environment that fosters staff satisfaction, maximizes productivity and profitability
- Attend weekly meetings and training as requested
- Maintain a clear criminal record
- Other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Demands
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
